The Department of Planning and Zoning is responsible for the enforcement of code enforcement violations. Code enforcement violations are generally defined as non-emergency violations of the City's Code of Ordinances and the City's Zoning Ordinance. While some code enforcement violations are initially observed by City staff, most code enforcement violations are reported by residents of Archdale. Complaints can be filed anonymously at the link below. Once a complaint has been filed, a member of the Planning and Zoning staff will investigate the issue and provide you with updates.
