The City Council of Archdale holds its regularly scheduled meetings on the 4th Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise stated. The "Public Comment" portion of the meeting is reserved for notices, petitions, and comments from the public on items that are not on the meeting agenda. The following form may be used to provide comments to be read during the Public Comment portion of the next Meeting. Alternatively, citizens may submit their spoken comments in-person during the Public Comment portion of the meeting.
Submitted Public Comments must include your first name, last name, and address. Comments must be submitted by 12:00pm on the day of the meeting in order to be read into the record during the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Comments are limited to 3 minutes of read-time and should be directed to the Council in its entirety. Comments shall be made in a courteous and respectful manner or risk not being read into the record. *PLEASE BE AWARE THAT COMMENTS MEETING THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE READ INTO THE RECORD VERBATIM*
