Stormwater Advisory Board Members vote on the annual meeting schedule during the November Meeting for the following year. In addition, a provision exists for the calling of special meetings when the community needs require action.
The Stormwater Advisory Board is a recommending body of the City Council. The members submit applications to serve 3-year terms and are selected from both members of the business community and the residential community. Some of their responsibilities include annual assessment of the ACE Integrated Stormwater Management Program performance and review of citizen concerns related to stormwater runoff. If changes are deemed necessary as related to the community needs, a recommendation is made to the City Council.
