Health & Exercise

During Phase III we are able to offer some indoor classes. A few remain outside. All classes are capped at current NC class limits and are held at Creekside Park. You must bring all of your own supplies. Participants must wear a mask to enter the building and anytime they leave their exercise spot. All exercisers must remain at least 6' apart at all times. Do not attend if you have been sick or have run a fever in the last 48 hours.  

Indoor Classes

Boot Camp - Monday's at 6pm inside the recreation center. A 45 minute class. Prepay for the month ($5 a class) or pay a daily drop in fee of $6.

Line Dancing - Tuesdays at 6:30pm $3 Class is held in the Senior Center at 108 Park Drive. 

Yoga -  Wednesday and Thursday evening at 6pm, & Saturday at 9:00am inside the recreation center. All classes are $5. Bring your own mat. 

Zumba - Monday and Thursday at 7:00pm. $5  Class is held  in the recreation center.

Outdoor Classes 

Fitness with Lori - Tuesdays and Fridays at 8am. Classes are held on the new basketball court and are geared toward intermediate and above fitness levels. 1 month of training for $100 or $15 daily drop in. Bring your own mat, water, and dumbbells.

Yoga - Monday,  Wednesday, & Friday at  10:30am;  All classes are $5. This class is held behind the recreation center in the grass.
