The Archdale Senior Center is a community focal point for older adults. Belonging to the Randolph County Senior Adults Association, the Center provides a Fellowship Lunch daily for seniors age 60 and over. Activities offered at the Center include:
Bingo
Birthday parties
Blood pressure checks
Crafts
Exercise
Movies
Music
Lunch
In addition, the Center has 4 Meals-On-Wheels routes that take a hot lunch to homebound seniors. The Archdale Senior Center is also able to access other services through our Asheboro office. These include:
Bus tours
Day trips
Medication assistance
Operation fan relief
Legal aid
Everyone is welcome to come and see the fun to be had at the Senior Center and to enjoy a hot, nutritious lunch.
Meals-On-Wheels Volunteers
Volunteers are always needed to run a Meals-On-Wheels route. Each route is about an hour and you can volunteer as much as you want or just one day a month.
