Human Resources (HR) provides leadership and support to the City’s workforce, in the areas of:

  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Employee training and development
  • Policy development and implementation
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Risk management and occupational safety
  • Wellness initiative

Responsibilities

HR also ensures compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local employment laws. HR supports leaders and employees in developing a culture of exceptional customer service and continuous learning.
